Truist analyst Barry Jonas raised the firm’s price target on Penn Entertainment to $25 from $23 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm’s discussions with the company management were “generally encouraging”, with quarter-to-date state-reported land-based GGR trending better as April weakness improved in May, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Penn shares have also risen as activists have become more vocal, Truist added.
