Exane BNP Paribas analyst Sami Kassab downgraded Pearson to Neutral from Outperform with a price target of GBp 1,000. The analyst says the stock’s elevated valuation multiple does not reflect expectations of increasing cost inflation and operating margin pressure in 2023.
