Private equity firms Bain Capital and Hellman & Friedman are among the final bidders competing to acquire DocuSign, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Milana Vinn and Anirban Sen. Blackstone (BX) had also held talks about a potential deal with DocuSign, but is no longer in contention, according to two of the sources. An outcome is expected in the coming weeks, the report added.
