Pathward Financial raises FY23 adjusted EPS $5.60-$6.00, consensus $5.67

The Company is raising its fiscal year 2023 GAAP earnings per diluted share guidance and expects it to be in the range of $5.60 to $6.00. The Company expects its effective tax rate to range between 10% and 14% for fiscal year 2023. When adjusting for gain on sale of trademarks and rebrand related expenses, the Company expects fiscal year 2023 adjusted earnings per share to be in the range of $5.45 to $5.85.
