Parsons was awarded a seat on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract – or MATOC – by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority for multi-disciplinary project and construction management support. The approximately $1B ceiling-value MATOC includes a base period of five years as well as a one-year option period and represents new work for Parsons. Under this MATOC, Parsons will compete for task orders to provide project management and engineering support services for the authority’s capital improvement program.
