Baird analyst Andrew Wittmann upgraded Parsons to Outperform from Neutral with a price target of $75, up from $68. The analyst sees Parsons’ recent win rates on impactful contracts with large scope and high margins and its successful acquisition strategy, as likely to drive more 2024 estimate upside than most of the firm’s coverage. A hedged-out convertible debt instrument offers $400M of somewhat overlooked debt elimination, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
