Paramount CEO Bob Bakish, asked during an interview on CNBC about recent media reports that said the company or its parent National Amusements may be sold, responded that “job one” for the company’s and its management team is “creating shareholder value.” Pressed further on reports of a bid made by Byron Allen, Bob Bakish added that he is “not going to comment on speculation.”
