Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Palo Alto Networks to $421 from $390 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After having hosted Palo Alto CEO Nikesh Arora for a meeting, the firm says the overall tone was “encouraging” and that it came away constructive on traction with larger platform deals, ramping product cycles and AI-enabled efficiencies driving upside to margins over time.
