Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Palo Alto Networks (PANW) to $210 from $213 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company reported fiscal Q3 metrics that were broadly inline, with better annual recurring revenue but remaining performance obligation bookings slightly short as the month of April was tougher, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm now has more confidence in Palo Alto’s ARR growth in Q4 and fiscal 2026, but is “proactively trimming” its FY26 revenue growth forecast to 13%.
