Palo Alto Networks (PANW) is in talks to acquire CyberArk (CYBR) and a deal could be finalized later this week, Lauren Thomas of Wall Street Journal reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The Journal says that assuming a typical deal premium, a deal could value CyberArk well above its $20B market value. Shares of CyberArk are up 15% to $439.53 following the report while Palo Alto is down 4% to $198.10.
