PAI in talks over fund to hold 50% stake in Nestle ice cream JV, Bloomberg says

European private equity firm PAI Partners is in discussions with investors over starting a new fund that would hold its 50% interest in its ice cream joint venture with Nestle, Bloomberg’s Pamela Barbaglia and Dinesh Nair report, citing people familiar with the matter. The firm is working with a bank to sound out investors’ desire for a so-called continuation fund that would help it extend the lifespan of its investment in the Froneri ice cream venture, the authors note.
