Sees Q3 revenue $295M-$310M, consensus $308.88M. The company said, “For the third quarter of fiscal 2025, the Company expects net sales to be between $295 million and $310 million compared to net sales of $308 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2024. Earnings on a GAAP basis per share are expected to be in a range of a loss of $1.15 to $0.95 in the third quarter of fiscal 2025 compared to a GAAP loss per share of $0.25 in the third quarter of fiscal 2024. Adjusted earnings on an adjusted basis per share are expected to be in a range of a loss of $1.05 to $0.85 compared to an adjusted loss of $0.11 per share in the third quarter of fiscal 2024.”
