BofA analyst Rafe Jadrosich raised the firm’s price target on Owens Corning to $220 from $190 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm thinks Owens Corning’s historical discount relative to building product peers does not give the company credit for the structural margin improvements in the roofing segment, adding that it thinks insulation demand “also appears healthy.”
