OTR Global, citing checks with 24 sources, comprising 23 dealers of Caterpillar equipment in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific, reported that its sources indicated that the global outlook for 2024 sales growth of new heavy equipment has remained stable since June because of increasing incentives in the United States, but said the 2025 sales outlook has deteriorated. The firm maintains a Mixed view of Caterpillar.
