OSI Systems announced that its Security division has been awarded a $16M contract by an international airport to enhance its checkpoint security infrastructure. This checkpoint lane upgrade includes supplying advanced 920CT screening systems integrated with automated tray return systems TRS lanes to streamline security operations. As part of this award, the Company is also expected to provide multi-year maintenance, service, and support. OSI Systems’ Chairman and CEO, Deepak Chopra, stated, “This award signifies another milestone in our ongoing commitment to delivering advanced security solutions to this customer. Adding our TRS lanes is expected to enhance throughput further, providing a smoother and more efficient passenger screening process.”
