Oshkosh announces 11% dividend hike to 41c per share

The company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 41c per share of Common Stock. The dividend represents an increase of 11% from the previous dividend and will be payable on March 2 to shareholders of record as of February 16.
