Orthofix (OFIX) announced that Andres Cedron has joined the company as chief legal officer. Cedron most recently served as VP and corporate secretary at Stryker (SYK). In his corporate officer position, Cedron oversaw Stryker’s corporate governance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and ESG matters.
