Organogenesis files $250M mixed securities shelf

The company may offer and sell up to $250M in Class A common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants, and units, and the selling securityholders may offer and sell up to 50M shares of Class A common stock, in each case from time to time in one or more offerings. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of its Class A common stock by the selling securityholders.
