OraSure elects McMahon to its board of directors

OraSure Technologies (OSUR) announced the election of Robert McMahon, CMA, MBA, to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective July 31, 2023. Including McMahon, the company’s Board of Directors has seven members. McMahon is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Agilent Technologies (A) where he is responsible for Finance, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations.
