Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on Oracle (ORCL) to $320 from $246 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Massive contracts to build out large scale GPU clusters from customers like OpenAI, Meta (META) and xAI will fundamentally change the nature of Oracle’s revenue growth, margins structure and risk, the analyst tells investors. Factoring in the company’s revised multi-year Oracle Cloud Infrastructure targets implies that Oracle can achieve FY30 EPS of $16-$17, the analyst estimates.
