DA Davidson analyst Gil Luria initiated coverage of Oracle (ORCL) with a Neutral rating and $85 price target. The analyst notes that while the company is in the "healthy part" of its product and cloud transition cycle, its three-year revenue targets may prove to be a stretch, especially given the risks from the Cerner (CERN) integration. Oracle is likely to sustain its current growth rates, but it is likely to struggle to reach its FY26 targets, Luria tells investors in a research note.
