Oracle in talks for $100M/year Skydance-Paramount cloud deal, Bloomberg says

Oracle (ORCL) is in talks with Skydance for a $100M per year deal for Paramount (PARAA) (PARA) to use Oracle’s cloud software if the Skydance-Paramount merger goes through, Bloomberg’s Brody Ford and Hannah Miller report. The deal could potentially save Paramount hundreds of millions of dollars as they update their systems, according to a person familiar with the plans. Skydance was founded by David Ellison, the son of Oracle Chairman Larry Ellison.
