B. Riley analyst Craig Ellis raised the firm’s price target on Onto Innovation to $205 from $195 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q4 report. The analyst continues to believe Onto is very well positioned for industry’s “biggest front- and back-end inflections in the next two to three years.” The firm slightly increased estimates post the earnings print.
