Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Olin to $46 from $52 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares post the Q3 report. The analyst says slipping EBITDA targets and an unclear CEO succession have put Olin shares “in the penalty box with investors.” The firm thinks investors will step in in the mid-$30 per share range.
