Seaport Research initiated coverage of Oklo with a Neutral rating and no price target. The company is is preparing a second attempt to get Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval to build and operate reactors with its singular small modular fast reactor technology, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says that while it has “great confidence” in Oklo’s technology and leadership, it regards the NRC licensing as a “binary event” that will enable or prevent the company from developing its business.
