Nvidia is planning to begin mass production of an artificial intelligence, AI, chip in Q2 designed for China that complies with U.S. export rules, Yelin Mo and Fanny Potkin of Reuters reports, citing two people familiar with the matter. The H20 chip is set to be the most powerful of the three China-focused chips Nvidia developed to meet the restrictions. It was originally going to be launched last November, but the plan was delayed, sources told Reuters.
