Jefferies Fubon analyst Titan Chung reports that the firm’s latest discussion with the supply chain indicate that the Nvidia (NVDA) B200 is pushed out due to low yield in the CoWoS-L packaging process and that this will delay the delivery schedule of GB200 rack system to Q1 of 2025. The firm, which also notes that AMD (AMD) announced its acquisition of ZT Systems to target vertical integration to provide total solutions to CSP customers, estimates that Nvidia will cancel the B200 allocation to ZT to avoid any confidentiality issues.
