Stifel analyst Selman Akyol upgraded NuStar Energy to Buy from Hold with a price target of $19.50, down from $20. The firm said the upgrade follows strong 2022 results and comes amid greater confidence in the company’s ability to deliver strong results. Stifel expects Corpus Christi volumes to remain robust in 2023 and beyond as the world continues to rely on U.S. crude oil.
