NuScale Power (SMR) announces that Alan Boeckmann, a board member since December 3, 2020, will be named Non-Executive Chairman of NuScale Power’s Board of Directors on January 15, 2025. He will replace Jim Hackett, who has been named Lead Independent Director at Fluor (FLR).
