Citi raised the firm’s price target on NRG Energy to $52 from $46 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q3 results and fiscal 2024 EBITDA outlook beat Street estimates as margins and volumes improved and the Vivint integration is going reasonably well, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the performance and nuclear sales accelerated shares buyback may keep current management “in the driver seat for the company’s future.”
