President Donald Trump, speaking at the White House, announced a deal with Eli Lilly (LLY) and Novo Nordisk (NVO) to cut prices of their GLP-1 drugs. As a result, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk will get a three-year U.S. tariff reprieve, Trump said. Trump thanked the companies’ CEOs for the drug pricing deal.
