Benchmark raised the firm’s price target on Nova to $240 from $215 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company posted “record” Q2 results and guided higher for the September quarter. The firm believes HBM and gate-all-around opportunities present upside for 2025 and sees EPS growing 12% to $7.17, the analyst added.
