TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on NOV Inc. to $30 from $31 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm said they guided 1Q below consensus due to the absence of flush 4Q shipments in the legacy Wellbore business as supply chains normalized and an incrementally worse North American outlook.
