NCL Corporation announced that it is proposing to sell $315.0 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2030 in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. We intend to use the net proceeds from the Notes Offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem $315.0 million aggregate principal amount of the 3.625% Senior Notes due 2024 including to pay any accrued and unpaid interest thereon. The redemption of the 2024 Senior Notes will be conditioned upon the consummation of the Notes Offering.
