In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Manhattan federal court, Northwest Biotherapeutics alleged Citadel Securities, Susquehanna International Group, Virtu Americas, Canaccord Genuity and other Wall Street market makers repeatedly engaged in "spoofing," where traders place orders with an intent to fool other investors and manipulate the share price, Justin Baer of Wall Street Journal reports.
