Northwest Bancshares and its wholly-owned subsidiary Northwest Bank announced that Douglas Schosser has been appointed CFO, effective March 18. He will replace William Harvey, Jr., who announced his retirement last fall. Schosser will work alongside Harvey through 2024 to ensure a smooth transition of duties.
