This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304, as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a five-year base contract with one five-year option period. Location of performance is Oklahoma, with a December 31, 2028, performance completion date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriations is fiscal 2024 through 2029 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency.
