Susquehanna lowered the firm’s price target on Norfolk Southern to $265 from $270 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm said they remain on the sidelines as the proxy fight comes to a head in late April, but marking their forecasts moderately lower on the 1Q pre-announcement and preliminary settlement of the East Palestine class action.
