Nokia announces intent to seek delisting from Paris Stock Exchange

The board of directors of Nokia (NOK) has resolved on submitting an application for the delisting of its shares from the regulated market of Euronext in Paris. The decision by Nokia to submit the delisting application was taken following a review of the trading volumes, costs and administrative requirements related to its listing on Euronext Paris. Nokia’s shares will remain listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and its American Depositary Receipts will remain listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
