The NLRB general counsel’s office determined that comments by Apple executives and policies imposed on staff are illegal, as they violate workers’ rights, Bloomberg’s Josh Eidelson reports. The office said that "various work rules" imposed by the iPhone maker "tend to interfere with, restrain or coerce employees" from exercising their rights to collective action, the author notes, citing NLRB spokesperson Kayla Blado. The NRLB "found merit to a charge alleging statements and conduct by Apple – including high-level executives – also violated the National Labor Relations Act," Blado added. Reference Link
