Nintendo is suing the makers of Switch emulator Yuzu in U.S. federal court, alleging it is designed to circumvent Nintendo’s encryption and facilitates piracy, The Verge’s Sean Hollister reports. In addition to a permanent injunction, Nintendo is also seeking to take away Yuzu’s domain names, URLs, chatrooms, and social media presence, according to the report.
