Nintendo (NTDOY) announced the successor to its Switch device will be able to play current Switch games and have carryover for Nintendo Switch Online services, The Verge’s Ash Parrish reports, citing a midyear policy briefing. The company said further information about a Switch successor will be announced at a later date.
