In a regulatory filing, Nikola disclosed that on November 13, Anastasiya “Stasy” Pasterick, CFO of Nikola, informed the company that she is resigning from her position to pursue other opportunities. Pasterick will continue to serve as CFO and assist with a transition through December 1, 2023. The company expects to conclude a search for a replacement in short order. In the interim, key financial leadership will report directly to Stephen Girsky, the company’s President and CEO.
