Northland analyst Michael Latimore initiated coverage of Nice with an Outperform rating and $300 price target. Companies are constantly looking to improve customer experience, or CX, says the firm, which believes CX AI, such as virtual agents and agent assistants, “promotes personalization at massive scale.” The firm contends that Nice’s unique conversational data and internally-developed customer intent models should drive strong demand.
