BofA raised the firm’s price target on NextEra Energy (NEE) to $84 from $76 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm expects NextEra to report Q3 operating earnings of $1.00, versus consensus expectations of $1.01 per share, and notes that the company has scheduled an investor day in New York on December 8. While the company may reaffirm prior strategic and financial guidance, the firm does not expect any significant update on the Q3 call, BofA noted.
