New Mountain Finance chairman Klinsky buys 200,000 common shares

In a regulatory filing, New Mountain Finance chairman Steven Klinsky disclosed the purchase of 200,000 common shares of the company in two transactions. The first 100,000 shares were bought on March 13 at a price of $11.6997 per share, while the second set of 100,000 shares was purchased on March 14 at a price of $11.9577 per share.
