Citi analyst Alicia Yap lowered the firm’s price target on NetEase to $130 from $132 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst believes the company’s Q3 results will be solid, thanks to the successful hit of Justice Mobile and good momentum of Racing Master. However, softness in some legacy titles is likely to partially offset the new games contribution, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
