RBC Capital analyst Alexander Wheeler reinstated coverage of National Grid with an Outperform rating and 1,250 GBp price target post completion of the gas transmission sale. The analyst cites the company’s "highly visible" growth, continued ability to outperform and an attractive valuation for the firm’s positive view. The lower risk profile on growth for National Grid should be given "significantly more credit by the market," the analyst tells investors in a research note.
