Nasdaq (NDAQ) is set to meet with Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday to discuss, among other things, a spot bitcoin exchange-traded fund, The Block’s Sarah Wynn reports, citing a person familiar with the matter. Nasdaq, which filed a 19b-4 form for BlackRock’s (BLK) iShares Bitcoin Trust in the summer, will meet with agency staff, which is also reportedly meeting with Cboe (CBOE) and the New York Stock Exchange to “finalize comments” on their filings.
