Nasdaq (NDAQ) Chief Financial Officer Ann Dennisonis stepping down as the company prepares to name former UBS (UBS) CFO Sarah Youngwood to replace her, Katherine Doherty and Matthew Monks of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. Dennison will leave Nasdaq at the beginning of next year following a transition period, a source told Bloomberg.
